Your private data: the web-app software

Information that you put into our web-based application is stored on a secure cloud solutions platform. It can only be accessed through encryption, and it is password protected.

You can delete your private data by logging in and closing your account through the account settings.

Your private data: the desktop software

We do not have access to any of the information that you enter into the desktop software. All of your files and information reside solely on your computer's hard drive, unless you share them with others.

Website visitor data

We collect and temporarily store information on our site visitors, such as IP addresses, browser user-agent and pages visited. We also use cookies.

Transactional customer data

We store transactional customer data. This includes the data that was typed into our purchase form, but does not include any sensitive credit card data. Our code never sees any sensitive credit card data; all of the processing is handled by our merchant provider. Our merchant provider returns the status of the transaction and non-sensitive information, such as card type and last four digits.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
